Setting Up

The Persona Design System (PDS) gives designers the tools to work with speed, consistency, and confidence. Whether you’re building a new flow or fine-tuning a single screen, PDS helps you design experiences that feel cohesive, accessible, and unmistakably Persona. By relying on prebuilt patterns and shared foundations, you can spend less time reinventing and more time solving the right problems for individuals and organizations.

At the core of PDS are three libraries available in Figma:

  • Dumpling Primitives houses our design tokens, including color, typography, spacing, elevation, and more. These tokens ensure that every component and pattern inherits consistency by default.
  • PDS Components are our ready-to-use, configurable building blocks, designed to cover a wide range of product needs while maintaining the flexibility to adapt to specific contexts.
  • Icon & Asset Kit provides a complete set of icons and brand assets so your visuals always align with Persona’s identity.

Together, these libraries form the foundation for creating elegant, user-first experiences across the platform.

Access to these libraries depends on your role. If you’re a Personerd, request a Figma license through go/access. Once approved, you’ll gain access to all PDS libraries directly within the Persona Figma organization. If you’re an external partner, you can find our public libraries in the Persona Figma Community . In both cases, you’ll be able to start designing with the same foundations our team uses to build seamless, scalable identity experiences.
